Hernández Montañez stated that since he did not have the budget to pay off all debts, he asked the AAA and PREPA to draw up a regular payment plan from July that includes the payment of the debt and thus would not be without both services. stay because of a reduction. .
“Our concern was negative news that we started working in the Legislative Assembly and that they had cut off the water and electricity. That was not acceptable, ”he added.
