There has been a lot of activity with it DOOM Eternal and the upcoming DLC The Ancient Gods Part 2 in the past week. Just a few days ago, the performance of the upcoming expansion hit Steam, indicating that some release seemed imminent. Now Bethesda has accidentally leaked some new art and screenshots for the game on the official website, making its arrival all the closer.
Warning: some minor spoilers in front DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods can be present below. Read on at your own risk.
At Bethesda’s store today, a new listing for DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods Part 2 popped up for a moment and with that came a number of new looks with the DLC. Perhaps the most striking thing about this leak is the shape of a new piece of key art for the second part of the expansion. The art looks like the Doom Slayer is up against a new armor foe wielding a sword. Conversely, the Doom Slayer has a huge hammer in its own hands, which is quite remarkable. At the moment no hammer weapon has appeared yet DOOM Eternal, which seems to tell us that this new bludgeoning tool will be given to players inside The Ancient Gods Part 2

As for the screenshots, they mainly give us an idea of some of the locations where The Ancient Gods Part 2 will take players. The locations seem quite varied and include a dark fortress, a heavenly-looking monastery, and an abandoned town overrun with greenery.
The only downside is that there is no exact release date for it as of this writing DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods Part 2 was supplied or found in this vulnerability. But again, when you consider how much new information related to this DLC has been leaked in recent days, it certainly looks like Bethesda and id Software are about to break their silence over the next week. A release seems to be coming very soon based on everything we’ve learned over the past few days.
Whenever DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods Part 2 comes out eventually, which on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC can pick it up. The DLC is also slated to come to the Nintendo Switch version of the game as well, but no such release for this iteration has been detailed yet.
