Super Bowl 2021: What Are The Main Shows Of The Super Bowl – Music & Books – Culture

There has been a halftime show since the Super Bowl was first held in 1967. At first, it was the war bands of different universities that gave simple presentations in the field.

In the 1970s and 1980s, some jazz and local musicians were invited. As early as the 90s, renowned artists who enjoyed great popularity at the time, such as the New Kids on the Block and Gloria Estefan, sounded.

However, audiences began to lose interest in the halftime show and the numbers plummeted. Until 1993 when the NBC network that ran the show that year hired Michael Jackson to run the show. From there, the parade of stars hasn’t stopped, and the musical show – traditionally sponsored by a commercial brand – features the most important performers of the moment.
