Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker will miss Sunday’s All-Star festivities due to a left knee sprain, the league announced Friday.

He was injured in Thursday’s 120-98 win over the Golden State Warriors.

The team said in a press release that it is considered daily and will be re-evaluated after the All-Star break.

Booker had previously been chosen by Commissioner Adam Silver to replace injured Los Angeles Lakers striker Anthony Davis.

The former Kentucky Wildcat was voted # 3 overall in the NBA All-Star Draft by Team KD captain Kevin Durant on Thursday night.

Booker was also scheduled to compete in his fifth three-point game, which he came out as the winner in the 2018 edition.

Utah Jazz Guard Mike Conley Jr. will replace Booker in both the All-Star Game and the three-point game on Sunday night in Atlanta.

The selection is the first in Conley’s 14-year career.
