A second Suburbia branch has been announced by the national chain in Ciudad Juárez.
Through its social networks, the company noted that the store will be located in the Las Misiones shopping center, so it started hiring.
Pamela Bañuelos, of the Marketing area of Las Misiones, ruled out Liverpool closing its doors to make way for the transition.
He explained that the department store will be on the top floor, where Happyland used to be located, so the space is already prepared for it.
While there is no opening date yet, he said it will be this year.
Suburbia opened its first branch in this city on September 5, 2019. At the time, Alberto Yescas, the brand’s director of operations, reported plans to expand the business.
The disappearance of Factories of France came after Liverpool completed the purchase of the fashion chain Suburbia from Walmart de México in 2017 for a sum of 15.7 billion pesos.
Since then, the 41 factories of France stores in the country began operating under the Liverpool or Suburbia name, as a business strategy derived from a market study that showed better identification of customers with these two brands.
