Some post offices close early due to ‘possible civil event’

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The United States Postal Service announced on Friday that it is taking precautions ahead of possible upcoming civil events.

USPS said post office locations in Denver and Colorado Springs would have fewer hours on Saturday.

In Colorado Springs, the Post Office would be at 201 E. Pikes Peak Ave. Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The lobby is open from 06:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
