Ponsetto was also charged with endangering a child’s well-being and grand theft of the fourth degree.
Ponsetto, 22, did not make a plea during the proceedings at the Red Hook Community Justice Center in Brooklyn. She was told to stay away from Harrold and the teenager.
She is due to appear in court in Manhattan on March 29.
The meeting with the Harrolds was apparently the second problematic incident Ponsetto had in New York, prosecutors said.
Earlier that same day, she is suspected of damaging an apartment door somewhere in the East Village. No details have been given, and the incident, for which she has not been charged, is still under investigation, Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Sarah Marquez said.
She then hovered around the Big Apple, according to Marquez, who noted that Ponsetto “resided in different locations” in the city.
Ponsetto made national headlines when she was caught on video and Keyon Harrold Jr. falsely accused of stealing her iPhone at the Arlo Hotel.
A video posted to Instagram by the teen’s father shows that Ponsetto allegedly attacked Keyon and tried to grab his phone.

A lawyer for Ponsetto insisted she had not fled New York to escape the NYPD.
“She has not fled jurisdiction. There was no indication that they
would be placed under arrest, ”said lawyer Paul D’Emilia.
Ponsetto is expected to return to her California home, her attorney said.
Ponsetto initially left New York as outrage over the December 26 incident grew. She reportedly tried to slam her car door on an officer when local police finally arrested her in California on Thursday.
She is ‘innocent’ of the charges, her lawyer told The Post.

Judge Michael Frishman warned Ponsetto that she would have to make up all her criminal cases in California and was expected to be upbeat and early back in New York court during her next scheduled appearance.
