The 22-year-old model, the youngest daughter of legendary musician Lionel Richie, looked glamorous as she left Malibu, California’s Nobu with the man in tow.
The little beauty stood out in a high-necked bronze ensemble and sat in the passenger seat of the man’s luxurious black Ferrari as they prepared to drive off.

While she went casually cool in a dark ensemble, she saw her bespectacled companion talking and laughing with Sofia before they left together.
Her dinner date came three days after she looked sensational in a barely there leopard-print bikini, as she put on a loving display with billionaire ship successor Gil Ofer at Miami Beach’s luxurious Faena Hotel Monday.
Sofia looked defeated enjoying the sun and kissing her new flame, who wasn’t her most recent boyfriend Matthew Morton.
She looked completely healed from her heartbreaking split with Scott Disick six months after the end of their three-year romance last August, the model was seen packing up on the PDA with Gil as they hit the beach.

The duo both enjoyed the proximity to the ocean at the boutique hotel, sunbathing on lounge chairs and chatting not far from some of their friends.
Sofia clung to every word of the man as he gently stroked her shoulder and they stared lovingly at each other amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition to spending quality time with the man and drinking from a coconut, she arrived at the beach holding hands with a female friend, wearing a pink tracksuit.
In December, reports surfaced that the relationship between Sofia and Matthew Morton had ‘cooled off’ and that she was single again after their two-month affair.

“ They weren’t seriously dating and only saw each other casually, but the relationship has definitely simmered, ” a source told E! News at the time. “Nothing out of the ordinary has happened, neither of them are ready for anything serious.”
In addition, the insider noted that she ‘had fun going out’ and ‘enjoyed being single’.
His other ex Scott Disick, 37, is currently dating Amelia Hamlin, 19, who is the daughter of Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin.
Since Sofia split from Scott ‘for good’ in August, she’s seemingly enjoying her newfound freedom and spending a lot of time with her close-knit family.

Sofia was briefly linked with Cha Cha Matcha co-founder Matthew Morton, but their affair quickly ended in October.

Despite their whirlwind journeys together, insiders told E! News in December that none of the stars were ‘looking for anything serious’.
“She doesn’t spend any time with the kids at all and Scott only sees her on his kids’ days off,” the source said of Amelia and Disick’s relationship dynamic.
