However, Ortega Rivera said they have already made all available appointments for the weekend and the goal is to use whatever doses they can administer before Sunday.

Costco
This megastore does not require a subscription to receive a dose of the vaccine. According to Mirna Ramírez, an approved Costco pharmacy in Los Filtros, a total of 2,000 vaccinations have been administered to patients over the age of 65.
An additional 2,000 doses are expected this week. Like Walgreens, the spaces are separated through their portal, which you can access by clicking the “Pharmacy” box.
“We are well organized by the hour. Each person leaves 15 minutes after completing their immunization,” Ramírez explains.
Wal-Mart
In the case of Wal-Mart, this megastore received 4,000 doses injected by the end of January and now they were receiving 4,000 additional doses. These will be managed in 25 stores in Puerto Rico, according to Iván Báez, Director of Public and Government Affairs.
“People arrive, make their appointment at the pharmacy, based on available inventory or the pharmacist searches for patients aged 65+ who are on the list of patients in the pharmacy formulary,” explains Báez.
In this case, the official said, it will be administered on arrival so that the second dose is assured.
