Snowfall in the Northeast continues as the storm pattern moves across the US

Snow in the Northeast continues on Tuesday as the Nor’Easter, which has dumped more than 12 inches of snow over parts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, lingers offshore.

The heaviest snow falls over Northern New York and New England.

The US is in an active storm pattern with several areas of low pressure being tracked across the country from the west.

Heavy rainfall and mountain snow will come from the Pacific Northwest and Central California.

This system will then run across the plains and across the Mississippi Valley on Friday, eventually heading east.

Looking ahead to next week, a much deeper Arctic blast will invade the US with cold temperatures and more chances of snow, including for the Northeast.
