Online personality Cleo “cle0h” Hernandez released a nine-page statement on Tuesday evening, detailing allegations of sexual assault and domestic violence against her ex-boyfriend Jay “sinatraa” Won, who is currently a professional VALORANT player for the Sentinels.

cle0h and sinatraa previously dated for nine months before ending their relationship in mid-2020. She’s been mostly silent about her relationship with the professional esports player since they broke up, but she decided to break that silence and come up with her story on Tuesday.

“What I want to talk about is the sexual abuse that happened throughout most of our relationship,” said cle0h in the introductory section of her statement“I have never wanted to talk about this and I still have extreme trauma on this topic, but I am incredibly tired of keeping this a secret from him.”

In the document – which is extremely graphic so readers should be warned before continuing to read – it claims that:

  • sinatraa refused to wear a condom and ended up in her without her consent the first time they had sex
  • On multiple occasions, Sinatraa continued to have sex with her, despite saying no and telling him she was in pain
  • sinatraa consistently manipulated her emotionally into having sex when she didn’t want to
  • sinatraa constantly manipulated her by threatening to break up

As evidence for her assault allegations, she provided an audio recording of a concerted video, which clearly shows her saying “no,” while Sinatraa refuses to stop. According to Cle0h, this was not an isolated event, but happened regularly over the course of their relationship.

cle0h also presented some screenshots of text conversations with sinatraa to support her claims about his emotionally abusive behavior.

You can read cle0h’s full statement to find the specific details and evidence for each accusation.

Towards the end of her statement, Cle0h explained the impact of Sinatraa’s actions on her mental health and well-being, saying, “It may be a year later, but I’m still dealing with the damage he’s done to me every day. I’ve had to give up my interests and loves in an effort not to see his face or hear his voice. I’ve called the hotlines for survivors of sexual assault countless times. Talked in anonymous groups for women who have been abused. I spent more than a year of my life in therapy to heal myself and get back what he took from me. “

“You all always say there is no evidence so you can’t believe a woman is accusing someone and I beg you to realize that I have that concrete” evidence “that you are looking for, and to believe me and to me to listen, ”she pleaded. “This is the scariest thing I’ve ever done and I wouldn’t risk thousands of people chasing me just to lie. He’s too established for me and says he hurt me to do any real damage, I know. I don’t want to make him feel like he made me feel. I no longer want to keep this secret from him.

At the time of writing this article, neither Sinatraa nor the Sentinels have released a statement responding to the allegations. We will update this story as more information becomes available.
