The Puerto Rico Seismic Network (PRSN) reported early today, Tuesday, that an earthquake was reported around 12:44 a.m.
According to the agency, the earthquake had an intensity of 4.8 degrees, a depth of 14 miles, and was recorded in the city of Carolina.
The PRSN ruled out a tsunami advisory, warning, or watch for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
