Scott Disick has ‘amicably resolved’ his previous conflict with Colorado-based rehabilitation center

Scott Disick has reached an “ amicable settlement ” with the Colorado rehabilitation center that he accused of leaking news of his stay last spring.

In early May 2020, DailyMail.com reported that the 37-year-old reality star was checking into All Points North Lodge in Edwards, Colorado to work on “ past trauma ” and seeking treatment for cocaine and alcohol abuse.

However, Disick left just a week later, when photos of him were leaked online alongside audio recordings of his conversations with his therapist.

At the time, Scott sought legal action against the treatment facility, with his attorney stating that he was “alarmed by the extreme invasion of privacy.”

But on Friday, All Points North Lodge announced it had “ resolved its disagreements amicably ” with Scott.

And in a subsequent statement, the television personality himself said he no longer believes the center’s staff were responsible for the publicity leak.

Behavioral health in this country still has a stigma. That stigma is often the biggest barrier to people wanting help, ”Scott said in his statement.

“Both APN Lodge and I believe that anyone seeking help deserves that help without disclosure or publicity.

“To that end, I resolved all my issues with APN Lodge, and after an investigation, I don’t believe the facility was responsible for the leakage of my personal information,” added the Talentless founder. “I hope this experience encourages rather than discourages others from seeking the help they need.”

Scott’s ordeal was previously covered on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, when his ex-partner Kourtney Kardashian – with whom he shares kids Mason, 11, Penelope, eight, and Reign, six – said he has “ never been this way. had felt betrayed in his life ‘after the leak.

In the clip, Kourtney’s sister Kim Kardashian West said, “ I heard Scott went to rehab by watching it online. And it looks like someone at the facility leaked a photo of him. And I feel really bad for him. ‘

To which Kourtney revealed, ‘They leaked his actual conversations, like with the therapist.

“He’s only been him and the therapist. He said he has never been betrayed in his life. And he’s packing and he’s definitely coming home, but he’s mostly upset [because] he started to work on himself and his trauma. ‘

And in a confessional, 41-year-old Kourtney hit those responsible for the leak.

She said, ‘I feel like whoever leaked this information should be really ashamed. Everyone deserves to deal with their past trauma in privacy. He has been completely violated. ‘

At the time, sources said Disick – known for his previous hard parties and multiple stints in rehab – had been drinking heavily and using cocaine after the onset of the coronavirus.

Clearly, the star struggled with family life during the lockdown and still struggled with the loss of both of his parents within a two-year period from 2013 to 2014.

A source told DailyMailTV last May: ‘Scott came in on Tuesday and had to zoom in from his room to a group meeting to introduce himself.

He said he had trauma from his past, he talked about problems with his ex and said he also had problems with his children and that he took cocaine and drank a lot.

Looking pretty skinny, he told the group that he was coming to rehab to work on his problems and said he was having withdrawal symptoms and was tired and lethargic.

“He told the staff that he did not want any special treatment during his stay, in terms of meals and therapy.”
