Dustin Diamond may only have weeks to live while battling stage 4 cancer, according to a close friend of his.
On Monday, his friend Dan Block gave a health update about the 44-year-old Saved By The Bell actor to The Sun.
Block claimed that Diamond may only have ‘a few weeks to live’ with a chance of staying alive for several months. And there is a very small chance that he will make it for another two years at the most.
“We don’t have specific timelines, but we know Dustin needs a miracle to overcome the small cell carcinoma he’s been diagnosed with,” Block told the site.
The friend also mentioned the two things Dustin wants to do before he dies.

“He was told weeks to 5 months is the average, but a small percentage of people have lived one to two years in stage 4,” Dan added.
He then shared, ‘We hope he is one of those people who survive the odds and that we get as much time with him as possible.’
DailyMail.com has reached out to Dustin’s representative for comment.
Dan said Dustin had a “ huge lump ” on his neck for a while but was afraid to seek medical attention because he was afraid that trolls would get pictures of him and post them online and then make nasty comments.
“I know the reason he didn’t get help is that when he goes out, people take pictures, put it on the Internet, and don’t say nice things about him,” Dan said. ‘He’s made fun of all the time and it’s worthless. People need to know that he is human. ‘

He played the song and played along with his bass while watching YouTube videos. It would be great if Justin could see this article and get in touch – it would fulfill one of Dustin’s last wishes and we would really appreciate it. ‘
The friend also called Dustin “ a huge Star Wars fan, ” so he wants to get him to the Star Wars section of Disney World.
“We hope we can find a way to handle that,” Dan added.

Last week, a source said Diamond is “going through a lot of pain” in his battle with cancer. Sources have said that the actor will be ‘in the hospital for a while’ while undergoing treatment and going through ‘ups and downs’ both physically and emotionally.
The insider said: ‘It’s not good, it’s not good at all. He will be in the hospital for a while. He is now through his treatments. It’s hard, it’s very difficult.
‘He’s in a lot of pain, but he still has courage. Right now he is just suffering. He has his ups and downs where he is great one minute, but then he can be in a lot of pain – tears. It’s such an emotional time. ‘
But Dustin has the full support of his loved ones, who ‘call him every day’ to make sure everything is okay.
The source added to Us Weekly magazine: ‘Those close to him try to call him every day to cheer him up. He has a handful of people in his circle – his girlfriend is one of them. They have no idea when he can go home. ‘
