According to ownership records, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick sold their West Village townhouse in New York for $ 15 million.

The red-brick townhouse has three floors and measures approximately 4,182 square feet, according to the property data website PropertyShark. The couple bought the house in 2000 for $ 2,995 million, the data shows.

The house is located on Charles Street, not far from the property used as the residence of Carrie Bradshaw, Mrs. Parker’s character on the television show ‘Sex and the City’.

The house is located on Charles Street, not far from the property that was used as the residence of Carrie Bradshaw, Mrs. Parker’s character on the television show ‘Sex and the City’. Dating from about 1905, it has a brownstone base and a typical New York bend, much like Mrs. Bradshaw’s.

Mrs. Parker and Mr. Broderick had not made the house public. In 2016, they bought a pair of mansions on nearby West 11th Street for a combined $ 34.5 million. A spokeswoman for Ms. Parker was not immediately available for comment.

The identity of the purchaser, who purchased through a limited company, could not be established.
