Samsung’s last product launch was only two months ago, but it seems that the Korean tech giant has enough new devices for a new Galaxy Unpacked event on 17th of March.

While Samsung is official inviting doesn’t mean much to us, rumors go new products will consist of a line-up of Mid-range 5G phones, likely a follow-up to handsets like last year’s Galaxy A51.

With Samsung decreases prices by $ 200 on this year’s base flagship Galaxy S21, it will be interesting to see how aggressive Samsung will become when it comes to the next batch 5G phones, seen the Galaxy A51 was Samsung’s most popular phone almost the entire past year.

In addition, I hope that Samsung will provide wider support for mmWave 5G for its entire line of mid-range phones, because depending on which wireless carrier you use, like T-Mobile or AT&T, the A51 5G only came with support for sub-6Ghz and mid-band 5G. And with 5G coverage rapidly expanding and people commuting and traveling again, support for all major flavors of 5G will become increasingly important as we move into 2022.

Currently, the Galaxy A line-up includes a price for everyone: the $ 600 A71 5G, the $ 500 A51 5G, the $ 240 Galaxy A21, and the $ 180 Galaxy A11.

But since there isn’t much else to do, we’ll have to wait until this next Unpacked event for more news. S.tay tuned for additional updates on March 17 at 10am ET / 7am PT.
