Salvador Nasralla: If Yani wants to join the alliance, welcome

Former President and Leader of the Salvador Party of Honduras (PSH), Salvador Nasralla, said Monday that if Yani Rosenthal, a Liberal Party candidate, wants to be part of an opposition alliance to the general election, he will have to do so in a “discreet” way.

“If Yani wants to join discreetly in supporting the alliance that Salvador Nasralla has and Luis Zelaya, for the good of Honduras, then welcome, ‘Nasralla said in an interview with the capital. Radio Cadena Voces.

He assured that he thinks “sweeping”, not only at the presidential level, but also in securing seats in the National Congress.

“The people making the alliance around Luis Zelaya, Salvador Nasralla, Wilfredo Méndez, Nelson Ávila, who are people with good intentions for Honduras, we will ask them for the full vote,” he explained.

Nasralla’s statements come a day after he stated in an interview that “with the people who voted in favor Yani Rosenthal Yes, we can make alliances, but not with him. “

According to exit polls released by national media on Sunday evening, Rosenthal of the Yanista movement led Luis Zelaya by more than 5%.
