All of Rockstar’s games earlier today temporarily disappeared from Steam, then quickly returned, probably due to an entry error. That’s fine, whatever, but when the games came back, some hadn’t been there in the first place.

While obvious Rockstar games like Grand Theft Auto V. and Red Dead Redemption did, when they came back they were joined – albeit very briefly – by people like Midnight club 2 and the first two GTA games, all of which were removed from the platform a long time ago.

While the GTA games not made available to purchase, cult favorite Midnight Club 2 was, and people were able to take up the racing game for some change in the minutes the game was live before Rockstar took it out again.

First released in 2003, Midnight club 2 got dropped in 2018, which was bad because it was just like the original Need for speed games it was not only a fun street racer, but a great time capsule of the early 00’s too. So everyone who succeeded to score a copy today, congratulations!
