Rihanna and A $ AP Rocky got together for a rare performance when they joined other stars for an event hosted by fellow musician Drake.

Together, the duo were spotted leaving the Delilah restaurant in Los Angeles on Sunday night. The musician “Umbrella” boldly opted for a monochrome look, overlaying the furthest brown leather jacket over a structured fringed mini dress. Her ‘Praise the Lord’ rapper counterpart also opted for leather clothing, pairing a matching jacket and pants with a graphic T-shirt.
To complete the look, the “What’s my name?” singer seemed to be tapping one of her favorite shoe designers: Amina Muaddi. The designer and Rihanna herself first joined forces for their first joint Fenty shoe collection in July 2020. Since then, the collection has grown to become one of the largest in 2020, earning it the title of FNAA Collaborator of the Year at the virtual show.
The glittery and braided sandals that Rihanna chose last night resemble a joint design from her Fenty x Amina Muaddi debut collection. Although initially released in a lighter shade, the silhouette features an ankle-hugging finish atop a square toe base and textured heel.
As for Rihanna herself, the multi-phenate is a major force in the fashion world, alongside her impeccable personal style. Her first major foray into design came when she signed with Puma in 2014. In September 2015, the “What’s My Name” musician created her very first Fenty product (an ode to the superstar’s last name), the Fenty Puma Creeper. with which Rihanna won her first FN Achievement Award for Shoe of the Year in 2016.
Rihanna also debuted her lingerie collection, Savage x Fenty, in 2018, before she and LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton became partners the following year, making her the first female color designer at the helm of a luxury brand under the conglomerate. Together they released the first Fenty collection in May 2019, consisting of clothing, shoes, accessories and more. However, in February of this year, LVMH announced that it would put the luxury fashion house on hold “pending better conditions”.
