Ricardo La Volpe: the ex-Chivas technician could be arrested for a podiatrist’s case

Media reports indicate that a federal judge has ordered the withdrawal of the release order in favor of Ricardo La Volpe so that he responds to the allegations of harassment and intimidation by Alma Belén Coronado, who served as a chivas podiatrist in 2014.

At the time, the Argentinian was for the second time – after a cursory step in the 1989-90 campaign – helmsman of the Holy Herd. The attacked assures that La Volpe appeared alone with a towel around her and that there was abuse on her part, which prompted the accusation of “inappropriate behavior” and the Argentinian’s immediate resignation.

The scandal sparked lawsuits between the club Red and white and the technician, who broke the whole relationship between them. There was a private arrangement so that he could direct again.

After several years, the case has been reviewed several times. On two occasions, the Jalisco Supreme Court found that there were no elements to support the case; Now the Fourth District Court for Criminal Amparo has withdrawn the release order, which forces La Volpe to come forward and answer for the charges
