Residential Commissioner Says “$ 600 Is Safe”

Secretary of the Treasury Francisco Parés, along with Undersecretary of the Treasury, Ángel Pantoja Rodríguez and Assistant Secretary of Internal Revenue, Roxana Santiago Ortiz, gave details on Tuesday about the disbursement of the $ 600 payout by the President of the United States, Donald John Trump.

In addition, the resident commissioner, Jenniffer González Colón, took part in the virtual meeting and assured that the Treasury will soon receive the money to make the payments.

“The $ 600 is already safe. You have that money ready so that once it has received the authorization, the Treasury can send it, ”said the resident commissioner.

Santiago Ortiz, for his part, said that once the federal Treasury Department approves the plan, disbursement for distribution will begin.

During the virtual conference, information emerged that the federal senate did not approve the $ 2,000.
