Thousands of Internet users this afternoon reported the global collapse of all Microsoft services.
These include the Teams platform, used for virtual classes and business meetings, Office 365, Outlook, Exchange, and more.
According to the “Down Detector” page, more than 28,000 users reported in the past hour that they were unable to access the services.
For its part, the Microsoft 365 page assured that they are working on the issue of accessing their multiple platforms, and after identifying the issue, they hope that all users will be able to regain access within an hour.
We have identified the root cause of the problem and are taking steps to mitigate its impact. We will provide an updated ETA on the solution as it becomes available. Additional information can be found at https://t.co/AEUj8uAGXl or under MO244568 when available.
