Rayados de Monterrey without attackers; Rogelio Funes Mori is said to be low compared to Necaxa

The Rayados from Monterrey will cope against Rays of Necaxa this Friday in a match that matches the Day 7 of the Clausura 2021 of Liga MX, and a few hours after the game is over, Javier Aguirre would have to solve a big problem in his forward, as the Argentinian Rogelio Funes Mori would question his participation because of ankle pain.

According to Diego Armando Medina’s report, the Twin Funes Mori came out of this Thursday’s training with Rayados de Monterrey, so they will wait until the last minute to decide whether to infiltrate him or José Alvarado, the ‘fourth’, in the ring for La Pandilla.

Despite his ‘target drought’, Funes Mori’s loss would be extremely sensitive, as the Argentinian has scored 3 of just 4 goals for Monterrey this season; the other was the work of Aké Loba, which will also not be available tonight.

Alvarado has 21 games with Rayados de Monterrey in the First Division and played only 679 minutes, where he scored a single touchdown.

In the current Clausura 2021, the Banana has played for 29 minutes, divided over 2 games; 14 against Pumas and 15 against Santos Laguna de Torreón.
