The first lady of the republic, Raquel Arbaje, visited young Alex Villegas, stricken with lung cancer, who is admitted to the Rosa Emilia Sánchez Pérez de Tavares (Incart) National Cancer Institute.
On Wednesday, the young man asked Arbaje for help because of his illness, although he was satisfied with a visit.
“Hi distinguished @raquelarbaje here I am bedridden in @incartrd with lung cancer Lungs I need you to help me with everything you can, I am happy to visit because I know you are a noble woman” he wrote on his Twitter account next to a photo of him yesterday Wednesday.
The first lady reported through the same social network that he had found out on Thursday morning and that he had not hesitated to visit him.
“This morning I read that the young man @ wvillegas09 does my credit for asking me to visit him at @incartrd and I did not hesitate to respond to his call. Thank you Alex for letting me share that intimate moment with you, to pray and for being the one who led us in prayer, ”wrote Raquel Arbaje.
He also added: “Thanks to the doctors and nurses who look after him, but especially to his beautiful wife and sister, for accommodating this intruder in his privacy and at such a sensitive time for his family. I don’t publish photos out of respect, but that moment will remain in my heart. “
