Rainbow Six: Quarantine patch pushed on PlayStation servers, sparks release date speculation

Rainbow Six Quarantine Update

We don’t know when Rainbow Six: Quarantine will be released. Ubisoft reiterated in its most recent financial appeal that it is still looking forward to a 2021 release alongside Far Cry 6 – but could the sadly mentioned co-op shooter come sooner than we think?

The reason we ask is because a pre-launch update for the game has actually been pushed onto the PlayStation servers (according to PlayStation game size on Twitter). This suggests that Rainbow Six: Quarantine could come, but of course we’ll have to wait for an official announcement before we get too excited.

It’s crazy to think that Rainbow Six: Quarantine was originally slated to release in early 2020 after its reveal at E3 2019. It was then postponed to the next fiscal year and we haven’t heard much about it since then.
