The chances of getting your hands on a PlayStation 5 remain frustratingly slim to gamers, with Sony’s next-gen console either sold out or available in very limited quantities from major retailers.
A combination of tremendous demand since the console’s launch in November and a shortage of supply hampering production has meant that both versions of the PS5 have fallen off the shelves in the past four months.
As has been the case since November, the best bet for gamers is to follow the social media channels and dedicated Twitter accounts of various retailers to be notified of upcoming drops and then act as soon as possible.
Here’s a breakdown of the latest PS5 restock information from Walmart, GameStop, Target, PlayStation Direct, Amazon, and more.
Refill Amazon PS5
The PlayStation 5 was available in limited numbers from select sellers last week and is now sold out on Amazon.
Both versions of the console are listed as “currently unavailable” on the Amazon website, along with a message that the seller does not yet know when and if the PS5 will be back in stock.
Unlike other retailers, Amazon doesn’t announce its restocking in advance, but gamers can follow updates by following Twitter accounts, such as @ Wario64 and @GYXdeals, which often have restock updates.

Antonline PS5 Refill
The PS5 is sold out at Antonline. However, the retailer has previously said on its Twitter account that it will make a limited number of next-gen consoles available on a weekly basis.

Best Buy PS5 stock
Best Buy had very limited PS5 availability earlier this month, but both versions of the console are now out of print.
The retailer has yet to announce when more units will arrive, but it’s worth checking their website regularly for updates.

Refill GameStop PS5
GameStop made a limited number of PS5 available last week. The consoles were part of several bundles all of which have since sold out.
The retailer warned customers via his Twitter account and gamers should follow GameStop’s social media outlets for updates on further stock drops.

Newegg PS5 Complement
Like other major retailers, Newegg no longer has PS5 and PS5 bundles, but registered Newegg members can sign up to be notified when the retailer makes more consoles available.

Refill PS Direct PS5
PlayStation Direct opened its queue late last week, but the PS5 consoles have now sold out.
To be notified when the queue reopens, follow special PS5 replenishment accounts on Twitter, such as @ Wario64, @GYXdeals, and @ PS5Updates, and enable notifications.

Target PS5 Complement
After a limited addition earlier this month, Target is once again sold out on PS5s.
Before the consoles ran out, they were only available online, with drive-up or pick-up collection after the order was placed. There was also a limit of one console per customer. Both conditions are likely to continue to apply to future restocking.

Refill Walmart PS5
Both the PS5 and PS5 Digital Editions have been discontinued since the latest addition from Walmart sold out quickly earlier in February, when the retailer made more consoles available.
Walmart hasn’t announced when it will release more consoles.
