Protester Scales Chase Bank in NYC, Miserable

Anti-capitalism protesters descended on Manhattan on Friday – and a video was captured scaling the front of a Chase Bank before taking an epic plunge to the ground.

Footage created by FreedomNews.TV and posted on Twitter shows a protester climbing the bank building on Madison Avenue between East 46th and 47th Streets while drumbeats and chants are heard, as well as a man yelling that the protester “go down!”

Another protester is seen damaging the building with spray paint while the other protester continues to come up shortly before 5pm.

The climbing protester suddenly lost his grip and slumped down the sidewalk, the video shows.

Other protesters quickly ran to him while he lay injured on the ground before black paint in a spray can seeped out of his bag and down the sidewalk.

First responders then arrived on the scene to provide assistance to the demonstrator.

The man was eventually taken to Bellevue Hospital, officials said.
