Prince Harry has been on the phone to several members of the British Royal Family – including his father, Prince Charles – as he hurries back to his homeland for the funeral service of his grandfather, Prince Philip.
Royal insiders said Harry, 36, is “reunited” with his family – just a month after he and wife Meghan Markle held an all-talking Oprah Winfrey interview that left deep rifts between him and Buckingham Palace.
Harry called his cousins Beatrice and Eugenie on Friday, a source told the Mirror, to tell them about his plans.
“He said he wanted to be with everyone and was already preparing to come home,” said the insider.
It will be Harry’s first return to Britain since he and Markle left for California a year ago – and he will be traveling solo, the sources said, with his wife in her final months of pregnancy.
