Prince Harry expected to fly back to California on Monday

Prince Harry is expected to fly home to pregnant wife Meghan Markle on Monday after his UK trip for his grandfather’s funeral, according to a report.

Harry spent most of his first visit to the UK since Megxit in mandatory quarantine at Frogmore Cottage, his Windsor home that underwent a renovation that cost taxpayers $ 3 million just before announcing Megxit.

He then reportedly faced “a lot of freezing” from his family at Prince Philip’s funeral on Saturday, with some senior royals not even acknowledging his presence.

However, Harry was seen briefly talking to Prince William – albeit after his brother reportedly requested that they be separated as they followed the casket to St George’s Chapel.

Their father, heir to the throne Prince Charles, is also reportedly planning to expand an olive branch, with numerous reports that he took Harry for a walk on Sunday to see Philip leave flowers.

However, Harry has no plans to stick around – and will fly home to California on Monday, sources told MailOnLine.

Page Six had first reported that the Duke of Sussex intended to return to his mansion in Montecito soon so as not to leave his pregnant wife and their son Archie alone for too long.

Markle, who is expecting their daughter in early summer, was not allowed to accompany him on a prescription. She reportedly wrote instead a handwritten note to Philip to be left next to a garland of flowers in honor of the Royal Marines.
