Serebii.net reports that signage is popping up in stores in the US and Canada, indicating that this event will kick off on Feb. 19. It ties in with the release of the new set of Trading Card Game, Shining Fates.
This pocket monster is available from GameStop in the US (via serial code obtained with the Pokémon Pass app) and from EB Games in Canada (also distributed via serial code).
