PlayStation fans are losing it on Walmart PS5 supplement at the last second

A Walmart PS5 supplement dropped today, a few hours after this morning supplement – from another store – asked PlayStation fans to pay more than $ 830 for the console. Unlike GameStop, Ant Online, and others, Walmart hasn’t given in to the temptation to lock PS5 stock behind premium and expensive bundles. Today, as with previous additions, it has released the PS5 and only the PS5. There were no games, PlayStation Plus subscriptions, or anything else bundled to drive up the price.

The problem with this, of course, is that unbundled PS5 consoles sell out even faster. Not only is there more demand because of the lower price, but these restocks are attracting more scalpers because it is much easier and much more profitable to flip a PS5 than a PS5, some games, a PlayStation Camera, and anything a retailer. in the bundle.

All this troubling were several issues that led many to lose the PS5 at the last minute, or at least so it seemed. Not only did the website and app crash, but Walmart’s verification process caused problems for many customers.

Many PlayStation fans can be found on Twitter celebrating the addition, but many can also be found cursing the name, and it seems that many who fell short did so due to the site’s volatility, verification process, and issues with the shopping cart. And sadly, right now, there’s no word when the next addition – from Walmart or any other retailer – is coming.
