A 6-year-old girl was sucked under a Peloton treadmill and suffered severe scrapes and bruises, her father said Monday.
“It was pretty traumatic,” Brandon Ratliffe told ABC TV’s “Good Morning America” of the incident involving the controversial Platoon Tread + model and his daughter Jocelyn – and provided photos of her badly chafed, red, and bruised leg.

The agency said that if parents want to continue using the machines, they should keep the equipment in an enclosed area, away from children and pets, and unplug it when not in use.
