People are hyped Potatoes are back

Potatoes are coming back to Taco Bell. Earlier this week, the fast food joint announced it would change course to bring the option back after cutting back a significant portion of its menu last fall. Suffice to say, fans are ecstatic about the move – so much so that the addition has become the talk of social media.

“The return of our beloved potatoes is just the first step in showing our fans that we remain strong on vegetarian this year,” said Liz Matthews, Taco Bell Global Chief Food Innovation Officer. “We have long been a leader in the vegetarian world, but this year we have more meatless options in store that vegetarians, vegetarian curious and even meat eaters will love.”
