Deadline reports the Oscar nominee Borat 2 actress, Maria Bakalova, is attached to the main role Bodies, bodies, bodies – “a secret slasher movie” on A24 Instinct director, Halina Reijn. Amandla Stenberg, Pete Davidson, and Myha’la Herrold will play.
Mother Land
Deadline also reports Mark Romanek (One hour photo) has signed on to direct Mother Land at Lionsgate. Based on a specification by Kevin Coughlin and Ryan Grassby, the story is about “a family haunted by an evil spirit for years. Their safety and their environment are questioned when one of the children questions whether the evil is real. “

Speaking in this week’s wake announcing the return of QSir Patrick Stewart revealed that Q returns to Jean-Luc Picard during a “shattering moment” of “significant trauma.
The arrival of Q is, as is so often the case, completely unexpected. But [it] also comes at a crushing point in the episode. And I mean a crushing moment. Whether it’s directly connected to Q or not, I’m actually still not quite sure. But there is significant trauma. And in fact, I’m currently working on how the trauma of this moment lingers around Picard for a pretty substantial part of the episode and beyond [claps his hands] There he is.
