Frasier reboots ‘close’ to be green-lit by Paramount + with Kelsey Grammer reprising his titular role … and filming could ‘start this summer’

Paramount + is reportedly close to reviving the hit NBC sitcom Frasier, which won 37 Emmy Awards in 11 seasons from 1993-2004.

Shooting could begin as early as the summer when the reboot is green, according to TV Line, with Kelsey Grammer reprising his role as Dr. Frasier Crane.

Paramount + also hopes to entice supporting cast members David Hyde Pierce, Jane Leeves and Peri Gilpin to return as Niles Crane, Daphne Moon and Roz Doyle.
