Mexico City. Pablo Lyle received excellent news of the legal process he faces in Miami after being charged with involuntary manslaughter for the death of a man he beat in an argument over a traffic incident in 2019.

According to the document disclosed by the “Suelta la Sopa” program, the judge hearing the case has granted the actor’s parole without a time limit, so his departure will now not be subject to a limited time.

Mr. Lyle’s motion has been granted. This court has previously ordered Mr Lyle’s GPS monitoring as ‘No roaming restrictions’. The court knows that the Miami-Dade Department of Corrections recently announced a policy that all suspects on parole are subject to a curfew between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. unless otherwise ordered. The court hereby orders that the accused will not be subject to a curfew. All other conditions for provisional release remain the same, ”the document reads.

In this way the judge decides Marlene A. Fernandez decreed that Pablo would not be subject to the new rule established in the county Miami-Dade, indicating that parolees should stay at home during the night and part of the morning.

Despite this resolution, it should be noted that the Mexican actor must continue to wear the court-ordered tracker around his ankle and live at his sister’s house until the trial against him is postponed to June 7.
