Our Chicago: Help UChicago Medicine researchers discover if vitamin D can reduce the risks of COVID-19

CHICAGO (WLS) – There has been encouraging news over the past week about the fight against COVID-19.

Illinois is administering more vaccines and even setting records.

The state’s positivity rate remains low. And there is more news about Johnson and Johnson’s vaccine.

Talking about these developments and what’s to come is Dr. Michael Bauer, Medical Director of Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital.
