ONE POSSIBILITY: A group of the Selecta, only with legionaries?

El Salvador’s national team can only be fed by footballers who play abroad, how do you see that?

The fact is that there are many Salvadorans Abroad. The first large number of Cuscatleco immigrants was caused by the war in the 1980s and continues, millions of us are outside the national territory.

Fans ask a lot about the circumstances in which the soccer players Salvadorans in La Liga Mayor. The tournament does not feature teams with weight at the regional level and the country is not the protagonist in a regional final, either at the club level or at the national team level.

Given this, we wonder if we have a ever competitive to a Select who has pure Salvadoran footballers, or of blue and white descent, who play abroad.

To start in the arc, we have a lot of projection with us Thomas Romero from LAFC and Damián Alguera from the San Jose Earthquakes Academy. While not having his best moment, Denis Pineda was able to play as a fullback, and that position was played when he played for Santa Clara de Portugal.

As central we could already have Roberto Domínguez from Partizani of Albania (although he still isn’t playing) Nelson Martinez, of the North Carolina of the USL of the United States.

Left on the defensive, if you get an acceptable fit, Marcus Velado-Tsegaye you could sign up, Velado is a left winger for FC Edmonton in the Canadian league, why not? This was the case with Alphonso Davies, the great discovery of Bayern, a high-power winger, shining in defense duties.

In midfield, Pablo Punyed could be the central midfielder, a position he is very used to, it would be customs in the middle of the field. Andres Hernandez, which is in the lower ranks of the Marítimo de Portugal, seems a great prospect to renew the creative capacity in the Selecta; He has experience in the Boca Schools and the Fifth Division of River Plate in Argentina.

Ronald Arevalo on the other hand is another alternative to one of the extremes. Arévalo, from Salvadoran parents, plays for HB Køge in the second category in Denmark.

Nelson Flores, from North Carolina (USL) of the United States, is another of the cuscatlecos who are making their way through football in that country and according to the coach of the team that recently signed him, he can make a lot of money from creation and attack .

Finally the proven talent of Enrico Dueñas del Vitesse from the Netherlands and Brayan Gil, who remains eligible despite not wearing the blue and white colors yet. Gil is known to be a member of the Alianza Petrolera de Colombia.

The renewal with some new eligible footballers for El Salvador is considered urgent after the recent results of the National selection, their call goes not only through what they can demonstrate, but also through the project they can offer them in the Azul.
