Nurse passes out while talking to the press about getting the COVID-19 vaccine

This is the scary moment when a nurse who had just received the coronavirus vaccine at a hospital in Tennessee told reporters that she felt dizzy and then passed out.

Nurse manager Tiffany Dover received the Pfizer-BioNTech shot at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga on Thursday and gave a press briefing as she began to expire, according to WTVC-9.

“All my employees, you know, we’re excited to get the vaccine. We’re in the COVID division, so that’s why, you know, my team gets the first chance to get the vaccine, ”said Dover.

“And I know it’s really … Sorry, I feel really dizzy,” she continued.

One of the doctors behind her caught her when she passed out about 17 minutes after receiving the injection.

“It just suddenly hit me, I felt it coming. I felt a little disoriented, but I’m fine now and the pain in my arm is gone, ” Dover said after recovering.

Doctors said the delivery was not related to the ingredients in the vaccine.

Dover told WTVC-9 that she has a condition where she often faints when she feels pain.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention also said fainting can occur after various types of vaccinations and medical procedures – usually as a result of pain or fear.
