Nikki and Brie Bella share their insecurities about their post-baby bodies

Nikki Bella and Brie Bella get candid about their feelings for their post-baby bodies.

Nikki and Brie, 37, say they’ve been hard on themselves since welcoming their sons – Matteo Artemovich and Buddy Dessert – in July. The Bellas podcast Tuesday.

The Dancing with the stars Alum, in particular, has received comments on social media after WrestleMania asked if she is pregnant again with her second child with fiancé Artem Chigvintsev.

“No lol. I’ve seen some of these comments,” said Nikki in the comments section of photos she posted of WrestleMania. “My dress was baggy and with the number placement and super bloated with travel and hormones (milk running out) I look totally out. It is what it is lol.”

She added, “Had abs during the day and a tummy at night. #Momlife.”

On Tuesday’s episode of The Bellas podcast, Nikki continued to discuss pregnancy speculation.

[At home] I trained so hard and looked great and then we flew there on Friday. I was holding eight pounds of water and I couldn’t get off it, “she said.” I was so bloated that I felt like I was pregnant. “

Nikki also said on her Instagram Stories that it is “stupid” when people ask if she expects it. “Hormones, Body Changes, and Retaining 8 Pounds of Water Weight!” she added.

Later on on the podcast, Nikki added that she has “good days” and “bad days” when it comes to how she feels about her body.

“Think how good you look at 37, and I don’t know if you compare yourself to 20-year-olds, but compare yourself to your age,” Brie told her twin sister.

Brie also talked about the candid social media post she shared last month calling her stretch marks “ treasure stripes, ” which Nikki said was “ a great, strengthening post. ”

“It was so that I thought it was so cool and inspiring and that I was so proud of you,” Nikki said to her twin sister.

Brie then admitted that she “went back and forth” about her decision to share the photo.

“I was ashamed,” said the mother of two. “And that was the best picture out of 10 that I took.”

Brie added, “I’m human so I have an insecurity with my stomach.”

Brie and husband Bryan Danielson welcomed Buddy in July. They are also the parents of Birdie’s 3-year-old daughter.

“One difficult thing I’ve compared to Birdie during this pregnancy is that my stomach just broke,” said the mother of two.

Brie said she doesn’t feel like ‘pregnancy messed me up and that’s why I call it cuties because it’s something special.’

“I wanted to get it out there because I see how filtered the world is from social media and I’m like, I know what I’m tired of keeping track of what should be the body you’re supposed to be and I I’m like, I’m gonna put this up for women to know [that] this is what the majority looks like [after pregnancy], “she said of the social media post that showed off her stretch marks.” The perfect bodies really don’t exist. “

Both Nikki and Brie have spoken about the pressure they feel to “relapse” and shared several videos of them exercising as they work toward their weight loss goals together.
