Hollis says that The Vincent Spriggs, the man in the photo, is suing Donald for an alleged sexual assault during the night hours of last weekend, April 10-11. It reportedly happened between 3-4 a.m. in a nightclub on the south side of town.

Just before noon, Hollis and Spriggs, 26, arrived at the Pittsburgh Police Station in Arlington to press charges against Donald.

Hollis said Donald allegedly beat Spriggs, who was later treated and released at a local hospital. He asks the police to fully investigate the incident.

Hollis identified Spriggs as an outsider, but declined to say where.

Spriggs, who has his arm in a sling, a puffy right eye, and visible stitches, had little to say.

Andy Sheehan from KDKA: “Have you been attacked, sir?”
Twigs: “Yes I was.”
Sheehan: “Wasn’t this provoked?”
Hollis: ‘It was absolutely unprovoked. I have instructed him not to comment, but, as you can see from his arm in a sling, his eye is closed, 16 stitches in his eye and a concussion and other serious injuries he has sustained, this is a serious incident. “

Donald, 29, was named defensive player of the year this season.

He played at the University of Pittsburgh before being drafted by the Rams in 2014.

In 2019, Donald made a seven-figure donation to the University of Pittsburgh.

Later that year, Pitt Athletics unveiled the Aaron Donald Football Performance Center, with new signage outside the weight room of the practice fields and the facility’s main entrance.

Donald played at Penn Hills High School.

Andy Sheehan of the KDKA is working on getting a statement or response from Donald and / or his representatives.
