Nelly hopes to sell one of his properties, which he originally intended to sell, but which has been vacant for nearly two decades.
The 46-year-old rapper has put his Wildwood, Missouri mansion, with breathtaking views of the forests surrounding the Meramec River, on the market for $ 599,000, TMZ said.
The artist’s extensive six-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate sits on nearly twelve acres of land and features an outdoor basketball court and separate game and media areas.

Ride Wit Me’s songwriter originally planned to remodel the home with a friend of a contractor when he bought the mansion 19 years ago.
However, the planned adjustments were never really carried out as intended and the house fell into disrepair for years.
The publication also reported that Nelly just wants to cut his losses and move forward with the investment.
The property is located near a sparsely populated area of land about thirty miles outside of St. Louis and just minutes from the Hidden Valley Ski Resort in the nearby town of Eureka.

The house has a palatial hall that is perfect for glamorous photo shoots; the rapper is not known to have done this during his time as owner of the property.
A sizable garage was seen next to the rapper’s real estate investment; it is not known how many cars will fit in the storage space.
The manor’s foyer has several arched walkways to other rooms in the property and features impressive marble-tiled floors.

A cinder block wall cutting off part of the backyard was also seen collapsed and completely overtaken by a large pile of dirt and debris.
