MyPillow was dropped by retailers during Mike Lindell’s visit to Trump: report

My Pillow is reportedly being dropped by retailers, including Kohl’s and Bed Bath & Beyond, after its founder, Mike Lindell, appeared in the White House last week to discuss alleged electoral fraud with President Trump.

Lindell, who was photographed in the White House on Friday with documents allegedly containing notes on election-related conspiracy theories, said in an interview with the conservative Right Side Broadcasting Network that “two companies stopped” selling its bedding.

He didn’t identify the companies, but said, “They’ve always been good, not like Target, which is the worst company, the things they’ve done to me.”

‘I just called Bed Bath & Beyond. They drop my pillow. I just called five minutes ago. Kohl’s, all these different places, ”said Lindell, according to WCCO, a CBS affiliate in Minnesota where My Pillow is located. “This one [companies], they are scared, like a Bed Bath & Beyond, they are scared. They were good partners. I even said to them, “You will come back whenever you want.” ”

In a written statement, a Bed Bath & Beyond spokesperson appeared to indicate that MyPillow’s sales were weak and could not relate his decision to the dusting of politics.

“As previously announced, we rationalized our range to discontinue some underperforming items and brands,” said the spokesperson. “This also includes the MyPillow product line. Our decisions are data-driven, customer-centric, and drive substantial growth in our key destination categories. “

Kohl’s did not immediately respond to a request for comment. My Pillow also did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Nine My Pillow products, including sheets, mattresses, and pillows, were on the Bed Bath & Beyond website Tuesday, while Kohl’s lists a My Pillow pillow for $ 80 to $ 90.

Lindell has also come under fire by Dominion Voting Systems for publicly claiming that his voting machines were rigged and contributed to the president’s election loss.

In a Jan. 8 letter from Dominion, the company said, “You falsely accused Dominion of fraud and ‘stealing millions of votes,'” said the four-page letter from the company’s lawyers. “Your smear campaign against Dominion has been relentless and you have used your important social media to harm Dominion’s reputation as much as possible.”
