Rivera Santiago stressed that the proceedings do not apply to claimants who receive payments from the Pandemic Unemployment Benefit Program, from PUA.

In the specific case of claimants who are eligible to complete their benefit extension for a total of 13 additional weeks, there have been approximately 72,962 cases, with an additional 29,439 not certifying their weeks to receive a retroactive payment of $ 300 each. week, which would total $ 900.
