There were 202 newly confirmed COVID-19 cases reported in Montana on Tuesday, and the statewide death toll since the start of the pandemic was 1,343, according to data collected by MTN News.
The number of active cases in the state is currently 2,577, according to MTN News, and there are a total of 98,027 cases of the virus in Montana. Of the total cases, 94,107 have been recovered.
There are currently 96 people hospitalized for treatment of the virus, and the cumulative number of hospitalizations is 4,461.
The number of tests conducted in the state has reached 1,025,367, up from 1,383 over the previous 24-hour reporting period.
The number of Montanans who have received at least one of the two vaccination shots is 184,483, and the number of Montanans who have received both injections and are now fully vaccinated is 53,482.
The numbers reported by MTN reflect the latest data from the Montana COVID website, along with additional data received from the county’s health departments.
