There were 134 newly confirmed COVID-19 cases reported in Montana on Friday, and the statewide death toll since the start of the pandemic is 1,441, according to data collected by MTN News.
The number of active cases in the state is currently 973, according to MTN News, and there are a total of 104,274 cases of the virus in Montana. Of the total cases, 101,860 have been recovered.
There are currently 42 people hospitalized for treatment of the virus, and the cumulative number of hospitalizations is 4,753.
The number of tests conducted in the state has reached 1,183,217, up from 5,303 over the previous 24-hour reporting period.
The number of Montanans who have received at least one of the two vaccinations shots is 441,883, and the number of Montanans who have received both injections and are now fully vaccinated is 172,518.
