Monster Hunter Rise team teases demo, more news this month

Bring it on

As I said recently, Monster Hunter Rise quietly climbs to the top of many people’s “most awaited” lists.

The unified platform (which makes it super easy to jump in knowing anyone can play it on a highly dispersed system and be part of the same player base) is a big draw, as are the new innovations like improved traversal (one of the most traditional aspects of the series). While Rise Releasing officially in March, the game’s Twitter account gave us some new juicy information that applies now.

Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto and Director Yasunori Ichinose gave a very fast video presentation, explaining that they plan to share “brand new information” this month and are still going “at full speed” in terms of development.

As a reminder, Nintendo has already teased a demo for the game that will hit in January. It goes without saying that we can still get a dual Monster Hunter Rise / Stories 2 video (even a Direct, as before); which will announce the release date of the demo.
