Miley Cyrus was spotted performing what appeared to be alcoholic shots and dancing with a mystery man in a California bar just a few months after she announced she was sober again.
The 28-year-old singer was released Saturday night while hanging out with a group of friends in the outdoor dining area of The Village Pub in Palm Springs.
Video obtained by DailyMail.com shows the pop star clinking glasses with a tall, unknown man before the two gulp their drinks, while her hit song ‘Party in the USA’ echoes in the background.

The 28-year-old singer was seen drinking and letting go just months after she shared that she was sober again
Miley, wearing a white graphic T-shirt and black face cover, looked bright and cheerful all night, and at one point saw her laughing and spinning around in her chair next to one of her male friends to a Spanish song.
She also befriended a group of boys at a nearby table, whom she had “ kept an eye on all night, ” eyewitnesses at the bar said.
In November, the former Disney star admitted she was working on abstaining from alcohol again after briefly breaking her sobriety.
She first shared in June that she had been sober for six months after surgery in November 2019.
Five months later, she revealed that she had temporarily fallen off the car during the pandemic, but had since stopped drinking.
“Well, I fell, like a lot of other people, frankly, during the pandemic …,” she told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe in November.

‘I’d never sit here and go,’ I’ve been f ** king sober. ‘I didn’t, and I lost weight and I realized that I am now sober again, two weeks sober, and I feel like I really accepted that time,’ she added.
But footage from the weekend seems to show that the former Hannah Montana starlet may be struggling with her sobriety again.
“She was with her entourage,” said a source, who shot the footage while he was drinking with friends.
Three boys sat at a table on the side and she watched them all night.
She flirted with them all night, then they took pictures together. They didn’t know each other beforehand, ”he added.
The poor boy was scared and almost trembled. He was completely impressed and didn’t know what to do with himself.
As more and more people came to the bar, Miley’s team was ready to leave.

The singer / actress has not been publicly linked with a new partner since her split from Simpson, but a recent TikTok suggests she might be dating again.
Just three days after she was spotted drinking in Palm Springs, Miley shared a video on the app using the clown face filter that read, ‘When he wants to connect to your Bluetooth in the car and sees all your exes iPhones are still paired. ‘
“FML is the new NFT,” she wrote in the caption.
Last year, Miley revealed that her decision to quit drinking was initially due to her vocal cord surgery, but then she decided to commit to an overall healthier lifestyle.
‘In the beginning it was only about this voting operation. … But I had thought about my mother a lot. My mother was adopted and I have some of the feelings she inherited, the feelings of abandonment and wanting to prove that you are wanted and valuable, ”she told Variety.
