The Pentagon yesterday approved a request from the Department of Health for temporary housing unaccompanied migrant children in from Texas military bases, in the context of the difficulties faced by the government of Joe Biden to minors.
At Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, the children stay andno bedroom available, and in Fort Bliss, will be built temporary homes‘s on empty ground, Defense Department spokesman John Kirby said in a statement.

Two US officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the request was from the Department of Health to host5,000 children in Fort Bliss and others 300 on the other base, although it was not immediately clear whether the petition had been approved in its entirety.
