At 10:08 am this Wednesday, Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry (MAG) communications coordinator Alessandra Quiñónez broke the silence she had maintained since last Friday, April 7, when that ministry’s version of why a debt of 9 million dollars had not been paid to the company Integradora de Productores del Estado de México, SA de CV (IPEM).
